Melrose Apartments Exterior Renovation
The Vision
Suffering from wear and tear, as well as an outdated look, the Melrose Apartments wanted to upgrade their curb appeal as well as tenant experience while outside of the building.
The Result
Sabal refinished the entire building including stucco, windows, and roofing. We also replaced the pool with a more efficient and modern looking model as well as surrounding patios, walk ways, and amenities. No exterior is complete without beautiful landscape design and we provided that as well.
