Davis Island Interior Renovation
The Vision
The aesthetic interior needed a major overhaul to modernize the finishes and fixtures. In addition, the owners envisioned a much more open floor plan to allow a more spacious feel.
The Result
Complete removal of a load bearing wall allowed for the open floor plan and inclusion of a large kitchen island as the downstairs centerpiece. New custom baths and closets highlight the function and aesthetic upgrades with new flooring and finishes throughout.
