Bayshore Blvd Home Remodel
The Vision
The client wanted to update the look and feel of the home as well as add some modern functionality and put the existing interior space to better use. In addition, they wanted to create more space inside overall and utilize more of their proprety for their home.
The Result
To accomodate, Sabal striped down the finishes on both the inside and outside of the home to completely refinish and modernize the existing structure coverings. We then built a two room addition widening the footprint and square footage of the home, while leaving a strategic portion out back perfectly sized for a modern luxury pool/hot tub/grill patio area to maximize the remaining exterior space.
