Rome Ave and Bayshore Blvd Home Remodel
The Vision
While a total interior remodel was in order, the visions exceeded just refinishing surfaces. The owners wanted a new floor plan to better utilize the space in addition to modernizing the entire aesthetic interior. These desired changes were impeded by load bearing walls.
The Result
Sabal changed the structural loading of the building to accommodate the desired adjustments to the space. The result actually added some square footage to the home and accentuated the master space as the focal point of the home. The new kitchen encompasses some existing cabinetry and counters that were refinished to match new additions. New flooring is being installed throughout the home and the last stages of the project center around the outdoor kitchen and pool area upgrades.
